A motivated, results-oriented professional, Dan has extensive experience in business operations and organizational development from his career in intercollegiate athletic administration, restaurant operations, and non-profit leadership, Dan earned a Master's Degree from the University of Texas in the Human Dimensions of Organizations (HDO) program where he studied under some of the university's leading faculty to:

• Discern the root causes of why businesses and non-profits actually work, and why they often don't.

• Understand how and why the key components of organizations - people - behave and work the way they do.

• Develop leadership skills to create lasting and effective change in organizations of any size or type.
